Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding custom Diaper Cake orders which must be ordered AT LEAST 14 business days prior to the desired delivery date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. At this time, we are only able to ship within the US.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Arcana Sol LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Arcana Sol LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Missing Packages
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and your package may get damaged or go missing. If you’ve received a damaged item or your package is missing, please follow these steps:

Contact USPS: As your first step, please contact USPS to report the issue. They may be able to provide more information about the status of your package or assist with a resolution. ​Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Contact Us: If USPS is unable to resolve your issue, please email us at contact@arcanasolgiftco.com. We’ll do our best to assist you and find a solution.
*Please note that while we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we understand that these situations can be frustrating, and we’ll do our best to work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.
Returns & Refunds

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. All items are documented by photo prior to & during packaging before we ship the product to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items & Handmade items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Due to their unique nature, items labeled as "handmade" or "hand-poured" cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@arcanasolgiftco.com.
***Please note: Due to the unique nature of our limited series of Gift Boxes, we cannot guarantee that we will have additional inventory to facilitate an exchange. If we are unable to exchange a defective or damaged item due to lack of inventory, we will offer a full refund for the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please email us at contact@arcanasolgiftco.com to begin the return process.

Refusal of Service Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide them with the best products and services possible. However, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms and conditions, or who engages in any disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior on our website or social media pages.
Some examples of such behavior include, but are not limited to:

Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about us or our products.

If we encounter any customer who exhibits such behavior, we may take any or all of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

We will notify the customer of our decision and the reasons for it, and we will document the incident and the evidence for it.
